The ‘Free On-Site Maintenance Program’ exceeded expectations with registrations in just one month

Thanks to its tangible benefits, the FREE ON-SITE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM implemented by DAT has received positive feedback from customers and surpassed expectations in terms of registration numbers within just one month.

DAT’s team of experts has been highly praised for their professionalism in conducting free on-site maintenance at customers’ factories.

For over 14 years, DAT has continuously expanded its ecosystem by strategically collaborating with renowned global partners such as INVT, SMA, Sungrow, etc., to deliver genuine products at competitive prices to customers. The DAT team consists of 41% engineers trained in reputable universities at home and abroad, constantly researching specialized solutions to help customers optimize production efficiency, promptly address issues, and maintain products upon request. As of now, DAT’s team of experts has conducted free on-site maintenance for over 20 factories in various industries such as textile dyeing, PP packaging, waste recycling, wood processing, paper cutting, etc., in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas.

DAT engineers meticulously inspect the products and equipment of customers.

In addition to providing free maintenance for all INVT products, including inverters, servo, automation, etc., DAT’s expert team also simultaneously provides consulting support for other brands such as ABB, Siemens, Yaskawa, Delta, LS, etc., with a meticulous implementation process as follows:

  • Equipment maintenance: product cleaning, heat sink adhesive cleaning; checking error history, running time; checking keypad, fan; operational status: amperage, voltage, temperature, frequency, working mode; checking electrical safety, wiring; checking cooling fan for the electric cabinet; product software upgrades.
  • Electrical cabinet cleaning: cleaning; organizing and tidying up wires; cable trunking; checking electrical safety; cable cross-section; installation space; checking connections.
  • All implementation and inspection items are documented in a checklist.
  • Detailed reports and recommendations for usage, replacement, repair (if any) are sent to customers.
