DAT implements technical elevator operation training program in Hanoi

In order to support customers in increasing efficiency and achieving optimal value from the product, DAT organized a training program on ‘Operation Guide for EC3000 Series Elevator Control System’ on May 14, 2022, at its headquarters in Hanoi.

Elevators are a central internal transportation system in high-rise buildings. Among these, the elevator control system plays a crucial role in ensuring safe, stable, smooth, and intelligent elevator operations. The selection of an elevator control system from a reputable provider, along with accompanying services, is an essential factor in building strong brand identity for elevator manufacturers.

With the aim of elevating its brand and delivering a high-quality elevator control cabinet to the Vietnamese market, DAT collaborated with GEAT (an Italian brand) to introduce the EC3000 Series elevator control system, which meets European standards. Since its launch, the EC3000 Series has gained trust and received positive feedback from customers.

The EC3000 Series features a range of new functions that perfectly meet the requirements of modern, safe, convenient, and luxurious control. Therefore, DAT regularly organizes both offline and online training courses to assist customers in efficiently operating the system. The training content includes an overview of the EC3000 Series system structure, cabinet-to-peripheral device connections, installation and configuration, tuning, and learning shaft travel routes.

Participants in the training program engage in hands-on practice directly on the EC3000 Series elevator control cabinet, with enthusiastic support from experienced engineers at DAT. Additionally, DAT provides documentation and information on maintenance policies and after-sales services to ensure that customers can increase profits with confidence in their business operations.

The training program for operating the new-generation EC3000 Series elevator control cabinet will continue in the near future. For detailed information and registration requests, please fill out the form below or contact the hotline at 1800 6567 (toll-free).”
