This is a very useful tool independently researched and developed by DAT to help partners and customers using genuine products distributed by DAT easily manage and check the origin of goods, import-export history, and warranty periods.

With the DAT Portal app, customers can choose one of two ways below to check genuine products as well as the product warranty period. When scanning the barcode or entering the SeriNo, customers can look up all information from the product code, product name, purchase date to the warranty expiration date.

Step 1: Download the DAT Portal app on  Google Play (Android) or Apple Store (IOS)

Step 2: Open the DAT Portal app, select “Check warranty period” to scan the barcode or enter the SeriNo of the product you want to check

Step 3: Return to the “Category” section to access DAT Tech and DAT Solar websites or go to the “News” section to update the latest information from DAT
