Users benefit from more flexibility and convenience. Featuring16:9 aspect ratios and 16 million colors, the brilliant widescreen display provides clear, detail-rich visualizations, even of complex process and plant images.

Also, the unique illuminated emergency STOP button, three-step enabling switch and flexible analysis options of the safety elements enable individual control unit integration within the safety architecture.
Variants with handwheel or handwheel and override expand application area as well as a device for the low-temperature environment.

Scalable Software for easy configuration

The Mobile Panels of the 2nd generation have the same aspect ratio and resolution as the Comfort Panels. With the WinCC engineering software of the TIA Portal, operating screens are easily configured both for stationary as well as mobile applications – or adopted with the push of a button.

For TIA Portal configuration, users simply need to select the new Mobile Panel. The configuration can then be expanded with specific functions for mobile utilization. The new style editor offers an additional advantage, allowing you to simply integrate your corporate design with the control unit for central management

With a 16:9 aspect ratio, the display offers a bright, crisp, detail-rich view. 16 million colors and approximately 40% more display area allow for clear visualization of even complex operating screens and graphs. Dimmable up to 100%, the display’s brightness can be adjusted for all types of environments

The Mobile Panels 2nd generation can be used in marine and shipbuilding applications due to the type approval of ABS, DNV, GL, LRS and Class NK

Unique safety solution

The device variants with the emergency STOP button at the top and enabling switch in the rear provide flexible safety solution configuration.

Only when the emergency STOP button is integrated with the safety circuit via the connection box it is activated and lights up red.

The devices support the analysis of safety elements using permanently wired safety relays (e.g. SIRIUS), fail-safe I/Os (e.g. SIMATIC ET 200) as well as PROFIsafe with fail-safe controllers of the SIMATIC S7 family (e.g. SIMATIC S7-1500F).
