The project includes 01 CVT transmission model, 01 CVT transmission belt testing bench, 01 specialized practice and research room, along with various teaching aids and equipment. Based on Bosch&#8217;s requirements, DAT engineers proposed an effective solution for CVT transmission belt testing bench, meeting application needs in the field of transmission technology research.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27147\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27147\" style=\"width: 590px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-27147 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/dattech.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/dat-cung-cap-giai-phap-dieu-khien-truyen-dong-cho-phong-thi-nghiem-cvt-truong-dai-hoc-su-pham-ky-thuat-tp-hcm-h2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"348\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dattech.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/dat-cung-cap-giai-phap-dieu-khien-truyen-dong-cho-phong-thi-nghiem-cvt-truong-dai-hoc-su-pham-ky-thuat-tp-hcm-h2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/dattech.com.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/dat-cung-cap-giai-phap-dieu-khien-truyen-dong-cho-phong-thi-nghiem-cvt-truong-dai-hoc-su-pham-ky-thuat-tp-hcm-h2-300x174.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27147\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">DAT provides a solution for CVT transmission belt testing bench<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accordingly, DAT provides a system that includes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dattech.com.vn\/en\/p\/gd350a-series-high-performance-multifunction-vfd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GD350A VFD<\/a> connected to the PLC via high-speed Profinet communication, controlling the speed and torque of the Primary and Secondary axes.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dattech.com.vn\/en\/p\/plc-siemens-simatic-s7-1200\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PLC<\/a> system connected to the server via Modbus TCP\/IP communication, enabling visual system control and monitoring, as well as easy adjustment of moment, speed, and control modes.<\/li>\n<li>HPM CLIPX unit receives torque signals at Primary and Secondary axes.
